Greensboro College Student Receives Scholarship form NC Black Elected Municipal Officials
Greensboro, NC (08/05/2022) — Greensboro College would like to congratulate first-year student, Marcel Bailey, who was awarded a scholarship from the North Carolina Black Elected Municipal Officials (NC BEMO). Marcel, a native of High Point, received his scholarship from Councilwoman Sharon Hightower, who serves as the president of NC BEMO. Bailey was one of three recipients of the scholarship.
Greensboro College provides a liberal arts education grounded in the traditions of the United Methodist Church and fosters the intellectual, social, and spiritual development of all students while supporting their individual needs.
