Greensboro College's Watcharakan Chankarn Earns USA South Men's Golfer of the Week
Greensboro, NC (09/10/2025) — The USA South Conference released their men's golf weekly awards on Wednesday, and Greensboro College's Watcharakan Chankarn earned Men's Golfer of the Week after his first place finish at the Transylvania Invite.
Chankarn turned in a great performance in the three round tournament, shooting a 74 in round one, a 65 in round two, and then a 71 in round three to earn the tournament win by six strokes.
Chankarn continues his momentum from his 2024-2025 season where he was named an All-American and earned a trip to the NCAA Championships. Chankarn and the team play again September 15 and 16 in Greensboro at Forest Oaks Country Club.
