Greensboro College to Host Roundtable with City Council Members

Greensboro, NC (10/28/2022) — Greensboro College will be hosting a roundtable conversation with several, Greensboro elected officials on its campus, Thursday, November 3 from 12 noon to 1:15 p.m. The roundtable will feature members of the Greensboro City Council, including, Marikay Abuzuaiter, Hugh Holston, and Dr. Goldie Wells. The event will be held in the Lea Center in Greensboro College's Main Building.

Abuzuaiter, an alum of Greensboro College, and Holston are at-large members of the City Council, and Dr. Goldie Wells represents District 2 in the city. The event will be offered for the campus and community to learn more about the city's elected officials, ongoing public issues, and the importance of civic and community engagement. Light refreshments will be served.
